Work and Play Veggie Exchange- Biweekly Share
Many people are familiar with the the term CSA, which stands for Community Supported Agriculture. For our first Farm Club offering we’ll shift the emphasis and refer to this program as an ASC: Agriculturally Supported Community.
From late April through October, we’ll gather on Tuesdays from 6-8pm to work together on the farm. Afterwards, picnic tables will be waiting, the stock tank pool will be freshly filled with enlivened water and ocean minerals, and all are invited to enjoy a drink from the Rose Hill cellar while we revel in each other’s company, the richness of the land, and relax into the gloaming light .
Weekly and Bi-Weekly Shares are available. Members will be expected to help with farm work for 2 hours on the weeks they’re signed up. In exchange, you will be entitled to a week’s worth of veggies and will be taking part in the community life of the farm.
Members will pick and choose what vegetables they want and how many (take what you need for the week). You’ll be expected to put together your own share. Some vegetables will already be harvested, but depending on what’s available you may have to pick some things yourself. We’ll be sure you’ve got the tools and guidance you need to do so successfully.

Bi-Weekly Shares cost equates to about $20 a week.
We encourage you to come each week if you’ve signed up, but it’s alright if you miss a few weeks during the course of the year. You won’t be entitled to veggies on the weeks you miss.
